Welcome to the bursary Unit of the University of Ibadan website.The website gives a summary of the various activities of the Bursary Unit. We have also digitized most of the bursary forms such that staff can download any form without necessarily coming to the Unit.
The Bursary, as the financial management hub of the University, is crucial to these efforts. Its main function is to initiate and facilitate fund generation, self-generate funds where possible,and manage the funds so generated with emphasis on accountability and transparency.
The liquidity of an organization can improve through income generation and cost reduction. Bursary will highlight and plug areas of financial leakages by applying best practices and working with relevant arms of the University to ensure that there is commensurate value for each naira spent.
