Candidates must possess Ordinary National Diploma or National Certificate in Education (NCE) in Hotel and Catering Management, Home-Economics, Human Nutrition or any other related qualification such as City and Guilds Certificate in Catering and Hotel Management from a recognized institution. He/She must have at least 2 years cognate experience in similar positions, with profound knowledge in the preparation of African and Continental dishes. The candidate would be expected to take care of the official Lodges and Guest Chalets in the University.
